You agree to provide full coverage insurance (comprehensive and collision coverage) where you are listed as a primary or additional driver. 

Common insurance companies accepted by Velocity Exotic Cars include but are not limited to:
Progressive, AllState, Statefarm, etc.

Insurance companies NOT accepted by Velocity Exotic Cars include but are not limited to:
Dairyland, The General, etc.

Every insurance policy is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Velocity Exotic Cars DOES NOT provide any additional insurance.

All policies must be active for a minimum of 30 days.

Security deposits range between $1000 – $2000 and are fully refundable upon return of your rental. Security deposits are required to cover small charges and incidentals if any were incurred during your rental. For renters aged 18-20 years old, an underaged fee of $500 applies to all rentals and an additional $500 security deposit is required. 

We have a 24-hour grace period after payment is made for a full refund. After 24-hour grace period, if reservations cancelled more than 7 days in advance of scheduled rental date will have a 25% refund fee. Cancellations occuring between 1 and 7 days will incur a 50% refund fee. Reservations cancelled within less than 24 hours of scheduled rental time will receive no refund. You may elect to receive store credit for no extra fee or reschedule your rental date, subject to availability. 

Velocity Exotic Cars accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Velocity Exotic Cars require a credit card to be on file for vehicle rental payment and damage coverage. Velocity Exotic Cars will accept cash on a case-by-case basis. 

Driving a rental vehicle from Velocity Exotic Cars on a racetrack is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule. Our insurance company as well as yours WILL NOT allow any of our vehicles to be driven on a racetrack of any kind. 

Velocity Exotic Cars will deliver a vehicle to you within the state of California. Delivery surcharge is distant dependent. 

Rentals are charged a 9.75% sales tax rate. All payments including cash payments are subject to sales tax.

All vehicles include 100 miles per day. The renter is responsible for paying an over mileage fee if the given mileage allowance is exceeded. The fee is applied per mile exceeded. Additional mileage allowance can be purchased or witheld from your security deposit.
